Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of the TruX Platform (the "Platform"), provided by TruX Retail Partner, LLC ("TruX"). By signing in, you agree to these terms.
1. Who may use the Platform
The Platform is for authorized TruX staff only, for TruX work. Your access ends when your work with TruX ends or when TruX removes it.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in details and codes to yourself. Do not share your account. Tell IT@truxretail.com right away if you think someone else has used it.
3. Acceptable use
Use the Platform only for your assigned work. Do not try to access data or accounts you are not authorized to use, interfere with the Platform's operation or security, or upload unlawful or harmful content.
4. Confidentiality
Information in the Platform, including retailer and store information, is confidential to TruX and its retail partners. Use it only for your work and do not share it outside TruX.
5. Text messages
Text messages are optional and governed by the SMS Terms.
6. Availability
We work to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Platform is provided "as is" for business use. To the extent permitted by law, TruX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
